Our story

Built on site, not on paper

In-house capability

  • Resident engineers on every site
  • Company-owned plant and equipment
  • Documented QA and HSE procedures
  • Auditable procurement records
  • Defects liability after handover

Pranmic Construction and Consultancy Procurement was established to close a gap Nigerian clients know well: contractors who price low and build short, and consultants who advise without ever carrying delivery risk.

We do both. Our engineers appraise the site, interrogate the design and cost the works — then we build them ourselves, under our own supervision, with our own plant. That combination means the advice we give is advice we have to live with, which keeps it honest.

From our office at 2 Obanikoro Road, Ilupeju, Lagos, Nigeria, we deliver residential and commercial buildings, roads and drainage, industrial facilities and institutional projects across Lagos, Ogun and the wider South-West. Our procurement arm sources certified materials and specialist trades with a documented audit trail on every order, a service we also provide independently to clients running their own construction programmes.

We have grown by repeat instruction and referral rather than advertising. Clients return because programmes hold, variations stay rare and defects get fixed without argument.

  • Our Mission

To deliver construction and procurement services that meet specification, budget and programme without compromise — building assets our clients can rely on for decades.

  • Our Vision

To be the construction and consultancy partner Nigerian developers, institutions and government agencies turn to first for work that has to be right.

  • Our Commitment

Transparent pricing, auditable procurement, documented quality control and a defects liability period we stand behind after handover.

What we hold to

The standards our sites run on

  • 01

    Engineering integrity

Every element is built to specification and verified on site. We do not trade quality for pace, and we document what we deliver.

  • 02

    Transparent procurement

Clients see what materials cost and where they came from. Our procurement records are open to audit at any point in the project.

  • 03

    Safety as standard

Site HSE procedures, inductions and protective equipment are non-negotiable across all our sites and subcontractors.

  • 04

    Local capability

Nigerian engineers, Nigerian supply chains and an understanding of the ground conditions and logistics that projects here actually face.

Our process

Five stages, fully documented

Every Pranmic project follows the same sequence, whether it is a single residence or a multi-kilometre road contract. Predictability is the point.

Resident engineers supervise all works, with weekly progress, quality and safety reporting to the client.

  1. 01

    Consultation

We meet, review your brief and site, and set out what is achievable within your budget and timeline.

  2. 02

    Design & Costing

Drawings are reviewed for buildability and a detailed bill of quantities is prepared so cost is known before work begins.

  3. 03

    Procurement

Materials, plant and specialist trades are sourced from vetted suppliers with documentation for every order.

  4. 04

    Construction

Work proceeds under resident supervision with weekly progress, quality and safety reporting.

  5. 05

    Handover

Commissioning, snagging, as-built documentation and a defects liability period backed by our team.
